  • Great yogurt, horrible almonds

Love the yogurt but Yogurtland needs to work on its toppings. After eating the almonds several times and finally coming to the conclusion that they tasted "burnt," I asked four different employees their opinion. They ALL agreed that they were disgusting! I've come in several more times since then and nothing has changed. Apparently the managers know and they are doing nothing about it. Disappointing! Also, total bummer that they do not offer "hot" fudge, peanut butter sauce, or mini dark chocolate chips, that many other fancy yogurt stores offer. Lastly, it's very frustrating when they claim to have "Reese's"peanut butter cups and they are clearly another generic brand. The Morgan Hill store has a bit of work to do. Thank goodness its yogurt redeems itself!

  • Split with excellent yogurt-horrible app

5 STARS towards the absolute best yogurt I've ever had!!!! We live in Simi Valley and I must say that the customer service at the Simi Valley location is as wonderful as their yogurt is!!!!
Now I could give the app a possible 2 stars :( it rarely opens up when I'm in line holding up other customers because of the apps delay on performance :/
The app itself needs some definite improvements
But if there were a possible 10 stars for texture, flavor, variety in flavors, and customer service Yogurtland would certainly get a 10 :)

  • Yogurt land app a real treat.

I think they have a good app that covers the basics and does it in a fun, eye-catching way. I especially like that you can find flavors by location; another reviewer complained about not being able to do this--perhaps that was so in an earlier version of the app? And nutritional info is important, esp. if you have special dietary needs, but do you really need to know every single ingredient?? Think how much space that would take up; that would be impractical at best. Just tell me if there are potential allergens included and calories, fat, sodium and sugar(carbs) per ounce and that's enough for me. It is very convenient to have a digital rewards card and ability to get points with it regardless of payment type, too. The flavors should be updated more often--say within an hour and give the time of last update; I recently missed out on a fave flavor which was still listed as being current and that was annoying. That's my only complaint; the rest is fantastic!

  • Only one issue

I like using the app bc I don't have to have my cash with. Only one problem, the clerks or maybe the computer program doesn't know I have money on it without me telling them. It should be more like Starbucks. Their app/reloadable card gives you stars for purchases just by scanning to pay all in one step with no questions. Yogurtland actually thought I was leaving without paying after I scanned my card from the app. Now, I have to remember to tell them I'm paying with it as well as getting credit for purchase. Slight pain. It should be more interactive.

  • A decent app. One minor issue

The app works fine for most of the things I would use it for. However, there seems to be an issue with the info about which flavors are at which stores. I have a Yogurtland near my home in Berkeley and one near my work in Walnut Creek. The flavors in store and the flavors listed on the app rarely match. Flavors in store are not listed on the app and flavors listed on the app are not in store. Not sure if this issue lies with the stores not getting the correct info to the app people in a timely fashion, or if the app doesn't upload flavor changes in a timely fashion, but if one is going to offer this as a function, it should bloody well work.

  • Pretty good

The app isn't bad, though I haven't used it a whole lot. I think it's be better if, when viewing flavors, one could star/heart/favorite/like specific ones, and then be able to search off of that. Since most people, I believe, like more than one flavor, having the ability to search for all of the flavors one eats all at once would be a nice feature.
The tabs, especially the flavors one, load /really/ slowly for me, too. I don't mind and the problem might just be with me, but I thought I should mention it.

  • You'll make more Yogurtland visits

Yogurtland will give you perks as you visit and scan your card. Who knew extra points on slower days? You'll know, once you see your points add up. It's fun to see new flavors. But I don't really choose the location for flavors available. I go to stores that are convenient and offer pleasant ambience. It would be great for consumers to know from the app how many seats/tables, or patio seating.

All that said, the app will keep Yogurtland in your awareness. Good for them. And you'll get extra perks as you develop your ongoing relationship with them. Good for you!

  • Defective App

This app's quality is terrible. I've tried countless times to reload my card through the app and it never works. How come starbuck's app works perfectly fine when reloading a card but when it comes to Yogurtland it just disfunctions. I was reloading my card and right when I clicked on the "confirm" button, a few seconds after the app just shut. I reopened the app and refreshed my balance and it was still $0 so now I don't even know if my credit card got charged or not. This is the worst app ever, even after updating the app a few times Yogurtland still can't seem to make a functioning app! Yogurtland is just going to lose customers by creating this type of quality. There are so many other frozen yogurt stores locally that taste better, so goodbye Yogurtland. If I could give this app no star then I would.

  • ALL Flavors at my fingertips?!

This is the coolest app I've ever seen for a frozen yogurt chain. Unlike other chains, Yogurtland has an expansive menu, unfortunately the number of machines/flavors at each location is limited. In the past I've gone in with a certain craving only to find it is not at that location any longer. Not a problem anymore! With the flavor locator I can easily find the flavor I'm craving a well as the nearest store that's carrying it! Not only that but it's a reward system that allows you to earn FREE yogurt! How much greater can life get?! I love Yogurtland and I love this app!
