All is confusing
I find the app to be a bit confusing, especially when applying coupons. The one thing I really, really dislike (hate is such a strong word!) is that once you call up a coupon, if for any reason you don’t use it, it is marked as used anyway. The counter staff are usually confused by the coupons, so I have more than once gone back to the home page to show them what the coupon is for, only to be told that the coupon has already been used. Then they have to go through this whole rigmarole to give me the discount another way, which is not only confusing, but a huge waste of time!

The app is difficult to use as it doesnt always work. Usually my offers are mot accepted. I have complained to the restaurant. One manager said to come in next time and she would give me the discount. I did that today but I was told they can’t do anything since it is a third party. Joshua took my phone out of my hand and tried several times to put in ehe coupon. After many tries I told him to return my phone and asked again for a supervisor. He was avoiding my request. I asked again. He finally went and asked for help. He still could not do it. He went to ask again without answering me. He avoided looking at me. This was way too long to get an order. The manager finally came and did it. The manager ignored me even though I thanked her for her help. Without getting good service, I can go elsewhere. The both acted annoyed for being bothered and I was never greeted or receive an apology.

This app used to be better than what it is now. I have to enter my credit card EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I was having numerous issues with my saved card that has never changed and I finally deleted it and tendered it; it took my payment. But the minute I saved it again and tried to use it the next time, suddenly there was an issue. It also doesn’t update to the restaurant nearest your location and no warning so both my husband and I have placed orders in cities super far away from our location. We also have issues using the rewards; that items don’t qualify when they’re the exact same as what is in the cart. If it’s such a problem, at least link the exact item to the selected reward. I stopped using this app for quite a while because it was so frustrating. I’ve returned again but another break is due soon. It barely saves any time with the constant issues.
