App is Broken
This app is broken beyond repair. I’ve been using this app forever and been using my iCloud account for years as a login. One day, I got signed out (the app signed me out itself) and logged in again, and Yoshinoya RESET ALL my rewards and points.
Now in modern days, you cannot even apply or view coupons- or even enter your login information. The app is horrible. It signed me out AGAIN, but this time it fails to log me into the account THAT I HAVE BEEN USING FOR YEARS, and I cannot even create another account since Yoshinoya won’t allow me to login through iCloud anymore. I just want to eat without suffering with this dreadful app.Show lessßooß
Does not work.
I am on iOS 17.4.1. I was asked to re-register so I did with my email. Then, I am asked to register using my phone number, but it gives me a message to agree to the terms which are not accessible or given. I can’t move forward as it just keeps asking me to agree to the terms after I submit my phone number.
In the last version of the app, I could not find out how to add vegetables to an order of the original beef bowl, so I could have the beef and veggie bowl like they offer in the restaurants.

Just when I thought it couldn’t be worse
Hate using the app. It’s slow and counterintuitive, but noticed they updated it. Awesome I thought! Updated it and noticed it looks nicer. Made me log in again - but tells me to put in my phone number. It’ll tell me to sign in or create an account. Except it’s saying the phone number is already in use. Yea I know. It’s mine. So tell me how to sign in. Now it won’t even let me load up the sign in screen. It just keeps looping me to enter my phone number. Absolute joke of an app for something so simpleShow lessSaltynaysayer
