Auto Tipping in app!!
This is mind blowing! An app adding an automatic tip?!
I saw another review that said the same thing, & wish I had seen it before placing my order so I could have removed the presumptuous tip. The app automatically adds a tip right below the tax &, unless you’re reviewing every line, & if you’re in the slightest bit of a hurry, you’re likely to miss it, like I did.
I believe this is highly unethical. I don’t tip fast food joints for making my order, if I’m not dining in, no place rates a tip for merely providing the product that they are selling at a price for which I’ve agreed to pay.
