  • RIMOWA app was better

    This thing is unusable. Won’t allow enough space for address and email. I want to put phone number too! I guess I will leave my tag with the old info until this gets better.

  • Original RIMOWA app better

    BAGTAG has taken over from RIMOWA and has lost functionality like changing text font, location, direction and ability to write directly over the photo rather than having to put a white or black box under the text. Great to still be able to use the tag but the design options leave much still desired

  • Bug was fixed pretty quick

    The app crashed when I tried to load pictures to my rimowa case. After several days they delivered a fix and it is now working. Thanks to the team for the quick fix.
