RIMOWA app was better
This thing is unusable. Won’t allow enough space for address and email. I want to put phone number too! I guess I will leave my tag with the old info until this gets better.AOLsucks
Original RIMOWA app better
BAGTAG has taken over from RIMOWA and has lost functionality like changing text font, location, direction and ability to write directly over the photo rather than having to put a white or black box under the text. Great to still be able to use the tag but the design options leave much still desiredBASHC
Bug was fixed pretty quick
The app crashed when I tried to load pictures to my rimowa case. After several days they delivered a fix and it is now working. Thanks to the team for the quick fix.Wazzili
Crashing
While trying to set a new tag, the connection between the Electronic Tag and the APP keeps on crashing, as well as the APP itself……selina9322
Cannot update
When I get to adding the initials the keyboard disappears and I cannot add my name or contact details/address. Not great 😌dumbandy

Terrible App for customizing the display
The original RIMOWA app had much more flexibility in manipulating the photo to display to your liking. This app’s crop and size feature is terrible and glitchy. The amount of text you can put is also extremely limited compared to the original. The firmware also cannot be updated. This app is not even close to an equivalent feature set. Booo!
I don’t use the airlines features as it’s supper limited, so it’s not worth it.
The least they could do is maintain the original app for the cost of the suitcase!Show lessVermulen
Can’t even enter the code!
Received an email from RIMOWA saying I should download this app to use with my E-Tag suitcases as they no longer support it. Downloaded and signed up and about to pair the devices but the app issue made the keyboard disappeared when you are supposed to enter the pair code! What a big mistake, how are you supposed to enter the code if you have no access to the keyboard?!Show lessNithinsux
