If I could I would give them a zero stars
Money greedy company wants me to pay 10 a month, to see the weather in the city I live in. So why ask for my location if I cannot see any data to where I live. I am going to report this app for purposefully making the app look like apples weather app. Do not get this app. It wants you money for information that is free. Pop-ups completely block usability.
I was using the Weather Channel app, which I have been using for several years, refusing to update it, knowing it would be worse and would try to get around privacy settings/desire. The app crashed and had to be deleted/reinstalled, which led to a terrible new interface (developers: simple = better). Searched for a new one and found this one (which reminded me of the old, simple Weather Channel app). I don’t mind a non-animated/distracting add at the bottom of the page, but this one has pop ups which block the whole page and worse yet, one pushing the premium version, which try’s to trick you into clicking into endless monthly payments (class action waiting to happen). Nice app, but the ad location too distracting
Looking for a replacement for my The Weather Channel app after they messed that up. This app would be an alternative, but the location of the Google Ad in the middle of the page is just too distracting. If it were on the bottom of the page it would work much better. Yes, it is a free app, but if you are going to present an ad, make me not get turned off by it. I’ll keep looking for something else...Show lessindiana56
Stupid
Very dumb app. No idea why you would need to pay for more content in this app because you can literally go on the weather channel online and check more accurately for weather! Or better yet just use your phone !Archiesmiles
Clunky & slow
App did not work. Did not load cities and felt intrusive by way of asking for upgrades when bein opened. First impressions were not crash hot due to it loading the different pages slowly and in the end I would prefer and app that just works from the onset. It did not provide any weather information and I don’t want to have to try to de-bug an new app, just want it to tell me the weather.Show lessCK____1
Poor app...limited detail unless you pay!
There are many weather apps on the App store that offer hour by hour forecast generally offering a premium service to give a longer range forecast. This app is unique....you have to pay a premium to even get hour by hour. The basic version only offers a 3 hour range. Complete waste of time. Yes the app looks pretty but I want an app that is useful at any particular time of the day. This isn't so I've gone elsewhere.Show lessSlate71
Not worth the subscription
Ambient Weather sent me a pitch for this confusingly-named app (hello, there’s at least one other app named “Weather”, maybe you could’ve gone with “Ambient Weather” instead). The monthly subscription was unreasonable, but the annual subscription would have been okay ... IF they had included my Ambient Weather-connected personal weather station to it! I really don’t understand why Ambient Weather was plugging this app if it couldn’t meet that basic functionality test. Also, because the cost is per-device, it doubles (at least) my initial spend. Cancelling my subscription after it expires in February.Show lessscareduck

Don’t ever even think about getting this garbage app when you can get better for free. These crooks some how charged me 12.99 and I hope they choke on it.this app is garbage123
