Can’t go below the horizon
I used to have an amazing (FREE) sky map where you would just point ANYWHERE and it would show you the constellations and planets. You can’t go below the horizon or ANYTHING. Terrible. I had it for 8 minutes total.Cyanidethis

The Little Dipper...
I enjoy star gazing. For 50 years i would guess which star, constellation, etc, was which and I’m pretty sure I was able to get some... 50/50 identified correctly. Frankly, I’m lazy and never made the effort to ask around or read a book. Imagine my delight when a friend turned me on to a user friendly app that made getting to know what lies above so much easier and enjoyable as well.
