Worst app ever!
This bank software is so user unfriendly! To make it even worse, when I call the bank they can’t even help! Last call I was straight out told she didn’t know how to assist 🫠

I would give Glacier Bank zero stars if that were an option. The software is so user unfriendly and full of quirks. I have written letter to top level management about the problems. They don’t seem to care about the customer’s reviews. They just keep doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result. Their board of directors should search for new talent while dismissing the current top level management. I just tolerate their banking software for now until I move my banking to somewhere else that has a friendlier system. Zero stars from me. ☠️Unreliable on a good day
Often it will take 3+ tries to get things past the OCR which is annoying. It’s clunky UI and lack of updates make other institutions more attractive with their mobile offerings.
