  • Worst app ever!

    This bank software is so user unfriendly! To make it even worse, when I call the bank they can’t even help! Last call I was straight out told she didn’t know how to assist 🫠
    I’m definitely changing banks!
  • Worst Banking Software I have ever been forced to use to access my money! Worse than horrible..

    I would give Glacier Bank zero stars if that were an option. The software is so user unfriendly and full of quirks. I have written letter to top level management about the problems. They don’t seem to care about the customer’s reviews. They just keep doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result. Their board of directors should search for new talent while dismissing the current top level management. I just tolerate their banking software for now until I move my banking to somewhere else that has a friendlier system. Zero stars from me. ☠️
  • Unreliable on a good day

    Often it will take 3+ tries to get things past the OCR which is annoying. It’s clunky UI and lack of updates make other institutions more attractive with their mobile offerings.
  • Bad app

    Been working with the bank for a month to get this app to work and it never works I can’t even login.
    Even though the developer responded and the bank has tried to tackle this it still doesn’t work.

Please search "Glacier Family of Banks" in the app store to locate and download our mobile banking app. Once installed, you can log in with your Online Banking User ID and Password.
