Terrible app, bad membership system
The app is terribly designed, does not make it clear how to access the facilities or purchase memberships and if you go in person they say you need to sign up on the app.
‘Unrestricted web access’
Because of this my kids can’t download the app. There is no way I am changing their settings just so they can book the swimming pool. Why is this a requirement of your app? Looks like it may be related to data privacy. Whatever - it’s highly suspicious. Link to developer support takes me to another useless Glasgow Life general page full of pictures of happy people from stock libraries exercising instead of out of shape Glaswegians. Crapware

Please add an option for waitlists for classes. I also can’t find a way to store my payment details - it’s getting boring having to manually put in my details everytime I want to book a class! Am I missing something?
Doesn’t have a log in feature
I downloaded the app on my iPad. When I go to accounts it says I haven’t logged in. It doesn’t say where to log in? I went to the website and looked for instructions & there are none about how to login. After fiddling around a lot I could find the login page. Absolutely ridiculous. It’s enough to put one off technology!
After clicking on something it aloud me to login… so phew, I’m all connected up. Once logged in it works well.
I am revising my stars because, after sending emails about my difficulties. A staff got I touch with me & reassured me that help would be available at my nearest leisure centre.

Venue
I don’t know where to begin. Was busy looking at various activities throughout the city then it logged me out and now when I log in it is coming up with only POLLOK classes. I don’t know why only pollok as castlemilk my closest and beside I will go to wherever there is the class on I want to go to like Pickleball which are in 3 different venues but don’t know how to get into any other venue except pollok!!!!!!

Swimming pool is superb
Great to see Scotstoun reopening with the added bonus of early swimming at 0630 available.
The staff are really looking after the whole area with everything exceptionally clean.
Well done everyone !
My only suggestion is that you don’t need 3 pool attendants at 0630 as no one is using the kiddies pool, 2 would suffice.

Extremely poor app
This app does not have an intuitive feel, it isn’t obvious how to change from one centre to the next, the payment screen for booking classes etc is ridiculous by modern standards. Having to scroll through every country on earth to find the UK option as if that’s relevant and no auto fill for card details is just annoying.

Like the app but bring back the waiting list
App is good for bookings and better that you can cancel a bit later now but miss the waiting list and would like to search by class - not sure if this is possible but would be useful
