I love this game so much it’s one of my favourite but I run out of levels I’m up to level 71 and there is no more. Is there more levels coming soonRosepaps123
Out of your hands
Cute game. Cute idea. Cute graphics. But your progress is completely out of your hands. You cannot proceed until the game allows you to proceed because you need certain parts that you either receive in the game by fulfilling orders or opening free chests or buying them outright or opening paid chests. I have been stuck at the same spot for three levels (yup I can level up, but cannot do much but grow new crops I cannot use) and filled over 10 trains to keep getting parts I do not need right now. So until the game sees fit to give me this one part I am stuck. So frustrating! I already have all the parts for the next section’s upgrade, but you must go in order which makes it even more maddening. 😡 UPDATE: Still having same issues. But this game has not been updated in over a year. Guess the Hogwarts game takes presidents.Show lessFeyQueen

How in the heck is anyone supposed to contact support!? I love this game but when you go in the game to settings and support it takes you to this zendesk where you have to type in an email and password but I’ve never signed up so I can’t log in and it tells you that there is no self sign up so.....I can’t sign up.....I went to Jam City’s website and sent them an email through their press mail because it wouldn’t let me send an inquiry in the little box on their website and I couldn’t find the game on their page at all to get specific support.....What am I supposed to do? Kitty City letting me down !
I really enjoy this game I have for sometime now , but problems have occurred ... For months now I have been stuck on level 71 , their is no new quest to do , I don’t get any XP’s , Still on St. Patrick Day Decorations ... I’m I wasting my time on this game or what ? I hope this can be figured out soon because I’m loosing interest ... Hope to see a change !Show lessDebDewDrop

Many players had the same problem when reaching level 71 and you do nothing to change that, the worst is that if we ask for help we cannot do it on your website 😔Ijovis

It appears to have the ability to move on, yet there are no options.

glitch
i got up to level 26 signed into facebook and there was a glitch on the game so i was no longer able to touch anywhere on the screen and it was frozen on a expansion block. over a year later and still the same issue, logged back into the game with facebook and still stuck on the same spot with no movement whatsoever.Show lessjen0026041
