I really enjoy this game but it sometimes says new game update but when I go into update app or plug my iPad in to my laptop there is nothing to update. Please fix all updates People who are stuck on the balloon all you need to do is wait till the time runs out then click on the button where it says start and then you get your balloons to do within 15hrs. It’s a cool game but I’ve noticed several times now the countdown clock on items being made will reset itself sometimes when exiting out of the game and then returning. I had approximately 4 minutes left on an item that takes 2hrs and 30 minutes to make. I exited out of the game for about 10 minutes, then started back up. I scrolled over to collect my item and the countdown clock said I had 2hrs and 26 minutes until the item was complete. Incredibly frustrating seeing how you’re racing the clock on some of the challenges.Show lessKthgfrdghuhh

This game would be brilliant if it didn't freeze and stop working, and if you try too make friends it just keeps loading, and everything takes so bloody long to make, you need wool 20min then 2hrs for linen, then 3hrs for a dress, so to make one dress takes over 5hrs, then asking for high amounts of items 15-20 items for balloons and then asking for you too do that twice on one line, and it also asks you for two items from the same store chips (3hrs) nachos (2hrs) it just takes too long, going to give up and delete this app,Show lessJuliasewell12

When I first started playing this game it was really fun but now as I rescue each kitty and I get their spots opened up they don’t show up to their particular area...the area makes its products but their is no kitty there. I have also had gems just disappear after going back to play the game. You can forget any support whatsoever...I have tried reporting my problems but I never have heard from anyone at all. Too bad, this could have been a really great game.

I was really enjoying this game but since the last update I have lost pretty much all game data. Only a few shops remain. Everything else including the train station and balloon are missing. I have spent money on gems to play this game so I'm not happy that I can no longer play it. I have sent an email to support so hopefully this gets fixedShow lessSheriff2013

Since last night I have not received duplication of any items outside of farming. I have reached level 27 and almost every quest/train/balloon requires many multiples of each listed item to finish up. Since most of the items take upwards of an hour to make (with some taking 3 or 4 hours), duplication (via building upgrades at the fish café thing) is essential to keep things moving in a game that is already a test of patience. I don't know what bug was released with whatever recent behind-the-scenes update they pushed, but it's making an already slow gameplay experience move at a crawl. I hope this is resolved soon or my patience with this otherwise cute game may be depleted.Show lessLilykitty

I kept sending in many tickets about the same glitchy issue I’ve been having with this game but every time I’d get the tickets sent back to me in my email and no response from their team just their system saying thank you for submitting your ticket we should get to you within 24 hours!! Well it’s been over three days with no response to any of them >:(
I’ve never experienced such a poor support before not to mention it’s hard to submit a ticket in the first place their support site had quite the problem as well (it wasn’t my internet connection it was some encryption glitch and some other thing that kept popping up)I had to keep retyping my issue a couple of times till I got smart and copy pasted several times more before finally one’d get sent. I don’t know if the site is purposely messed up because they just don’t know how to fix it just like my game and don’t really want to be bothered by a customer but out of courtesy I should’ve got more than an automatic response from a system because it’s not reassuring that anything will be done for me. I really do like this game it seems promising and all but not without support if it keeps having issues and I can’t do anything about it because I can’t get at least some mediocre support why should I bother playing anymore if it’s going to disappoint me. I hope I can get some response before tonight also I might raise my review one Star but if not it stays.Show lessKisameru

At the quest that first gets you to tap on the Fountain of Wealth, the game is frozen solid. Please fix urgently as we cannot continue your wonderful game.Liam de Greef

I love this game. The only massive problem is it doesn't seem to save when you quit. So I will start to build/make something and come back and it's not been started 😡Ticks84

I don’t hardly ever right reviews so this is going to be simple and straight forward. The graphics are great and the variety of what you can build and farm is really visually appealing. HOWEVER.... a good number of the items you need to make take a really long time compared to other similar games I play. Plus a lot of the items required all come from the same station so you are forced to either wait a day or more to complete all you need to build to meet the requirement of you spend real cash. Additionally it would nice to have a Buy/sell feature with other players in your co-op like other games out there. When you do visit your co-op friends it would be helpful to be able to just on to the next co-op friends land instead of having to go back home first before visiting the next player in line. Hopefully the developers are reading these reviews and will make some of these changes that we can see in an update sooner than later ... I hope. 🙂 In would definitely change my 3 stars up to 5 stars and I would recommend to other players but not until then.Show lessGinaMichelle1111
