The trouble is worth it!
I had this game when it first came out. I played until level 32 and because of poor support with the saving system I was reset to level 11 and lost everything.
HOWEVER
I continued to play even through the glitches because it’s actually a really good game. A lot of the issues from the beginning of the game have been resolved. Teach support is absolutely terrible, as I have made many complaints that have yet to be answered but the game itself is addicting and I play most of the day.
-You eventually get club mates to help you on tasks.
-You get to join a club race and receive awesome prizes.
-Gems are ridiculously easy to come by without have to spend actual money.
-There’s always something to do.
My only complaint is the tech support. Game play is terrific and it has kitties! I don’t even like cats!Show lessAmarukoira

For some reason, out of nowhere my game never loads... I click the app and it’s just continues to show the loading screen.. I thought maybe it just needed some time like another game I play (where sometimes after the update is installed it takes a little longer to load that first time then I’m all set). However after almost a week of wait still nothing.. so close to giving up on it, right now this is just taking up space.
Unfortunately I don’t think you’ll understand that I can’t go to the setting in my game if it just stays in the loading screen. But nice try A for effort.Show lessa1656451
Latest update crashed my game
This is a brilliant game I’ve had no problems or bugs up to now but this latest update caused the game to first struggle to connect to your servers then just froze on a grey screen that hasn’t changed yet in 12 hours please help!!!Jc1/

Revised - I reached out to the developer for assistance and my situation was cleaned up within a week.
I'm still enjoying the game but everything is time based and some of the times are VERY long. You can speed it up with gems but of course they run out quickly earn slowly and cost money if you want more.
Previous: I just started playing and it's a cute game. But now I'm stuck and the game won't let me progress. I built the coop for the chicken and I'm getting eggs but the quest to build the coop is still showing that I haven't. Also - the chicken and the kitty from the barrel are out of the barrel but not in the coop. I can even drop things on top of them and I don't get the red squares indicating that there's something there.
Now I'm trying to save Ava and I have ten of the quests completed but it won't allow me to see the current quest so I don't know what I'm supposed to be trying to do. Help! I have even tried uninstalling the game twice!Show lessLifesbeengood

I was actually having casual fun with this game and I got pretty far (in my perspective) then some sort of glitch is keeping me from advancing (having to fill an order of the hot air balloon). I am to concerned about losing my progress to delete it and until the glitch is fixed I won't give more than 1 star.
Update: since my review, and after some updates, the glitch was corrected. I do enjoy playing this game. It’s casual yet you are always working toward something.Show lesspanicsprey

When I log into the game a message pops up saying I need to update the game and to tap okay for an update so I tap okay and it takes me to the home page with the Kitty city picture of a Kitty and an icon that says open no update icon so what am I supposed to do?! This is really upsetting when I want to play the game! Uggh! I hate this! I want to play the game!!!!!! Someone needs to fix this!! This is ridiculous! I have been trying to get in the for over an hour!!!! Here we go again!!!! I’m getting closer to delete this game entirely if it is not fixed!!!Show lesseyeore69

I just can’t play this game anymore. It starts out fine, but shortly you’ll realize that all of the items that you need to craft all take upwards of one hour. I don’t play on my phone at work, so I basically end up crafting one or two items a day. Filling balloon orders is impossible, as without storage space you can’t keep quantities of things stored. I rarely get upgrade items from the train orders. It’s just not fun playing this game anymore. Somehow other farming/crafting games aren’t as arduous to play even though I’m not spending any money on them either.Show lessoutdoor runner
Fun at first, but then the ridiculousness started
This was a cute game initially. Kitties are cute, and it’s a simplified version of other games out there.
However, once you’re into the game for several levels, you find that
1) There’s almost no way to make all the items in the Quests. You’re constantly making a ton of the items that take hours to produce.
2) Storage is extremely limited. You can “sell” stuff but for a very low number of coins, so it’s not worth it. Consequently, you’re almost forced to cut down trees and stuff in order to get rid of saws and stuff to make room for your actual production items. But I don’t want to cut the trees down.
3) items needed for expansion to other sections of the city never appear. I’ve been trying to get the stupid black bells for weeks now.
4) WHAT KIND OF STUPID GAME LIMITS THE NUMBER OF COINS YOU CAN MAKE?! I think this is the thing that irritates me the most. I’m at the limit of what I can make, so any more just don’t accumulate. PLUS, you can’t even use the coins to buy new stuff like roads or stuff, because they’re all locked! SERIOUSLY, again, WHAT KIND OF GAME PUTS A CAP ON HOW MUCH YOU CAN EARN?!
Also be aware that Support for this game is very limited if you have a problem. What they told me is that they only have a few developers for this game, so they can’t get to all the questions or technical problems.
Started fun, but it’s losing its appeal with the issues it has. 🙁Show lessDottyG
