Cute game
I have been playing this game since it came out or very shortly after. Its just too cute. It started off a bit slow & I was unsure but the more you play the more you get into it & now I love it! Also a few updates & added features have made it even better. Contacted support for a problem yesterday & it was fixed today & support was quick to get back to me. I havent spent any real money playing this game, there are many opportunities to earn gems or whatever so you can save up for items. Great game!Show lessmskchelle

Just needs a few tweaks
I love building and waiting games like these so kitty city has been perfect for me. Free to play players can keep up as much as pay to play players which is always a wonderful thing. Though i hate the community races and guilds, it takes up too much of my screen and i don’t want to be involved in it. Another issue is that all the cats look the same after the first 5! where are the different cat patterns?! its all brown with a striped tail and a muzzle cream face, i want some difference in color, they are practically outfit swaps at this point.Show lessTaytayzilla
Below Average Game
I’ve played many games before, first game I’ve played where you don’t have enough to buy the basic parts to a game. I had to drop out of my club and can no longer participate in races because it takes to long to do the basic levels to the game. You pay for extra slots but they produce consecutively instead of concurrently,first time I’ve seen this happen in a game. Long times for cooking, building and growing. 4 hours for items you need will prohibit you from helping neighbors. Then to top it off I took the game survey and never received the 200 gems promised for completing it and it’s been over a month. Dishonest practices. No response to support requests never heard back. So this will be the first games I do not purchase exclusive items because what if there is a issue when purchasing something they have no support that responds. They should have researched other games before developing this, it is sub standard compared to the rest! The two stars isn’t for the game the game is worth 5 stars the two stars is for the ridiculous time it is taking to build the different shops every time you build another one it’s an extra hour I have to wait 1 day 17 hours for the factory so at the moment it’s 1 day 10 hours which will bring me to Tuesday. It’s to long I’m expecting the next one to be 2 days to construct. It wouldn’t surprise me if one will take a week. Need to look at construction times.Show lessG.L.A.S

My kids love this game but now I am not letting them play it why does everyone have to put gay stuff into everything I know they are out there but do we have to have in shoved into our faces all the time so until it is kid friendly again they won’t be playing it again and there is a lot of other people saying the sameShow lessTanishalfelf

Hi there developers and others reading this. This game is very addictive and I can’t stop playing it. There is only one thing needed for this game. In game events that don’t cost money. The races are pretty cool, but we need a welcome calendar, different islands to explore, and discounts on expanding. It’ll cost less for gems and less to use them. Say to speed something up it needs three, now It’ll only need 2. Discounts will really make people buy more and I think you should include it. Thanks again for this Pawtastic game!Show lessJmlucky22
Support is awful!
I love the game. It’s fun, always something to do, and the animation is great. However I have to give the game a lower score due to the fact that the customer support is terrible. I’ve only had a couple issues with the game but each time I send a ticket to them through the support function it takes them forever to get back to me. And both times I got a response of sorry for the delay if you are still having this issue please email us back to which I still have yet to receive a response. The game is great but better hope you don’t have any problems that you need help from the support team with cuz u’ll never get them resolved. ☹️Show lessSuga'2684
Totally addicted
I love this game. It plays at a steady pace initially and then as things take longer you just need to dip in and out. If anyone wants to join my club it’s called Coastal Kitties! All welcome.dalyshopping
No response from support
I’m loving the game !!
However I had an issue at the end of a race & got stuck in a loop - I emailed the support team on 2 separate occasions but no one got back to me why have this facility when it appears there’s no one there to answer a query. Plus it states that some one should be in touch - normally with in 24 hrs. I actually resolved this is issue with the help of my then team mates.
Please can you help with another issue I’ve just updated my game & my race tent appears to now be stuck in a part cloud that won’t be released until level 60 I’m only on level 26 so I’ve had to quit the team I’m playing in because I now can’t participate in any races at all - thanksShow lessCoffee katz
