Love this game but.
Love this game. I've gotten very far and have customized it to my liking. But now it's not loading the game. I tap to open, it pulls up the main screen that says kitty city and "loading..." but it won't load. That's very disappointing to me because I've spent a good bit of money on the gems and everything & I don't want to delete the game and re download because I don't want to have to start over. No support
Not long after I started playing the game an issue developed that prevented me from playing. I contacted support who approximately 24 hours later responded with the exact same stuff they have on the game website.
It was clear they never even read what I had written in my initial support request. I however responded to the email as directed with even more information and a picture of my issue. It’s been more than 2 days and I still don’t have a response.
I give the game 1 star because the concept is cool; however, the game has the worst support I have ever experienced with an app.Show lessmeltonj4
Brown screen
I love the game but the screen turned brown and wouldn’t change, so I deleted it and got it again and it still did the same thing123violet2

Contacted them on Dec. 29 about a rock that wouldn’t highlight so you could use a pick to get it up. After a few days I received a automatic response saying turn your device off back on, uninstall the game, blah blah blah. Same thing everyone tries before contacting support. Well it’s been weeks and I have replied 4 more times to the ticket without any kinda response. Sad such a great game has sorry support.
I contacted support on Facebook and that support contact the game support. I got a email this morning saying the new update will fix this issue today. So I updated and nothing was fixed to address this. 19 days to get a rock removed is ludicrous. Well in ten seconds I’m deleting the game so good bye. PS.....your support for the game is terrible and non existing.Show lessT.Zimmerman

Please may you sort out the fishing I cannot catch any fish at all it freeze on it. And there is a black screen so I cannot take part in the race it’s a annoying please sort it outIce age Apples

This game has a big problem, whenever I try to move around the screen it glitches back way further than I started.Super Mum
Addicting & Adorable!
UPDATE: the latest iOS update seems to not be working well with the game. Anytime I open the game, my phone starts to overheat. I’m hoping this will be resolved in the next game update :)
I’m so obsessed with this game. It’s fun, it’s cute, and it’s a great time passer. It has its glitches here and there, but I don’t mind because they are usually minor (for me at least).

Holiday Festival
Thought this would be really fun but it seems that it’s going to be impossible to finish all prize levels in 10 Days unless you pay for gems and then use them all. At first I thought that the first prize level was 180 mice and then second level was only 40 more mice which isn’t true you need to start from
0 mice and work your way back up for each prize level. Other games are not like this it should be just adding on for each level not starting from 0 again. This is unfair.Show lessMom tired
Fun !
This game is so cute and fun.I would have given 5 stars but there is a problem when i use my diamonds to fish i catch fish but disappear when going to feed the kitties now if happened once or twice i wouldn’t let you know but happens often so please fix and definitely i give this game a perfect score. UPDATE! In last 4 days alone i have caught 10 fish that just disappear when going to feed kitties and this is a problem so would appreciate it being fixed!Show lessNmHo1921
Hard to open new land
This is one of the few games that I absolutely love! The only thing I’m really having an issue with is trying to get the right bells to wake up Houdini...I just need a black bell and I’ve sent out ten trains so far...no black bell. I enjoy challenging but when it seems like it’s not going to happen I get discouraged and frustrated and leave the game for awhile.
I love the challenge of the quests. They’re obtainable. Sometimes takes awhile but you see your progress being made. Except when you have to wake Houdini! HahaShow lessAundieBlue
