Constant connection issues

I constantly have connection issues with both the glucose & blood pressure monitor. About every other day I have to walk down the street to get a signal strong enough to transmit the data readings. Now sure what I’ll do if we get a heavy snow….

iMac app

This app would be great as a desktop (IMac) app. Logging meals and such would be so much easier. I’m using the latest IMac and it’s. Able to use IPhone apps but the Onduo app isn’t available for it.

Limited

The app has some good insight, but is limited in what it can do. My fitness tracker does not sync up to it and I do not carry my phone in my pocket so my steps are nowhere near accurate. It is also freezing during the blood pressure knowledge check and I have to force close the app and restart it. It will not advance past that quiz on my journey page. Room for much improvement !

Stuck

This app will not go beyond meet your team. It just freezes and will not continue. Uninstalled and reinstalled with no change. It cannot be used. It also states I have been using an iPhone 12 and 8, do I want to use current phone!!! This makes no sense!

For me it’s user error

For me,it takes me to long to type everything,
Now I just seen the microphone so I can just talk into the phone.
Everything is good with the app I just have too many medication‘s to list it takes me a long time to go through them but other than that everything‘s good

App doesn’t work

I have been taking my blood pressure every morning and it is not stored properly. Sometimes you can see it sometimes you can’t. Most days I cannot see the history. Forget about printing history so you can share it with your doctor. I gave up on this app and service provider who was supposed to monitor my results.

Used to be great!

This was an amazing app! But since the last update it’s just frustrating. Now I have to sign in twice each time I try to use it. The first time I sign in it says I’m signed in and it has to sign me out. Then I sign in a second time. Frustrating when your trying to log a meal. Today all my meals except my lunch are gone! All my insights, gone. What’s the point of logging my meals when they just disappear! I have been using this app for about 2 years and it was wonderful. Lots of good information. Now that information is gone… It works about once a week for a few hours then i can not sign in. I’m now wondering if there is another app that does the same thing. I really like being able to see what foods do to me, but I need a app that works! Update! They have fixed my app and it’s been working great for 2 months. I’m so happy to be able to keep my glucose in range and work on me again! This is once again a great app!!

I really appreciate Onduo. I am learning so much about how I personally can be more healthy!

Excellent

Good application and updates frequently. This is a great program to be on and I highly recommend those with type 2 to try it. The online care professionals are great keeping their eyes on your progress. It’s been better for me in keeping my A1C Lower than visiting my doctor.
