This is my third year using the app and yes I’m only writing a review now. The service charge fee is ridiculous. Parents are trying to feed their kids. Many of us who work maybe don’t have time or their child would much rather have a hot meal if given the option and having to pay a fee for each use. Also, I have always found the app user friendly until the latest upgrade. Who has the time or patience to input their email address and credit card information for every single purchase. Please upgrade your app again to save information, be more user friendly and please think about changing your service charge. Especially now with COVID restrictions, isn’t it better to use the app then send cash to school.

Thank you for using the Harbour Breeze app. We recently updated the order form to allow for auto-fill and credit card scanning function, so hopefully that will make the ordering process easier for you. The processing fee added to app orders helps to cover the fee we have to pay for credit card transactions (an expense we don't have when orders are placed at the school with cash payment).
