Early Clock-in not working
I am an admin for employees but I am not allowed to submit a requesy for help/trouble ticket because I don’t have a log-in for Salesforce so I am unable to submit a trouble ticket in the conventional way - My employees are unable to clock in for their shift on the PrimePay app upon arrival (between 6:45-7:15am).Show lesschasems01
Can’t view my paystub
There is no option to view my paystub or most of the features that are supposedly on this app. I can only view my time card.Taserbesd

I am able to use primepay on the computer but the app doesn’t even let me sign in? It say authentication failed even though I’m using the same login I do for the computer? What’s the problem? I all read for this app is bad reviews? When will it be addressed?ffhhdnskvjcjak

Authentication fails. Choosing PrimePay reflects poorly on a small business and shows disrespect for employees.
PrimePay offers outdated and poorly maintained systems. Their web apps and this mobile app are prime examples.Mobilemind
Can’t login on the app

Does Not Work
Why even have an app if it isn’t going to work at all. I get an error message every time I try to log in “Authentication Failed”. I have double and even triple checked that my user name and password are correct by logging in to PrimePay via their website. At the moment this app is 100% useless.
