Downloaded this app, but it doesn’t recognize my login information. I have no problem logging into the website from a PC.Mom.of.thr3

Won’t let me login. Says authentication failed or something. Deleted the appn/a123456
But why?
No account recovery option on this app. Not even direction on how to reset your password or recover your username. No link to the website where this information might be. The point of an app is to make life simpler this is just a head ache with extra steps.Zeadnor
