  • Awful

    This “app” is straight out of the 2000s, inability to save payment info and all.

    The Flex Pay services are very bad. They can and will disconnect your power for being $4 in the red, but will require you to have a POSITIVE balance of $15 to even CONSIDER re-connecting you.

    Not exactly fair.
    I was forced into the FlexPay system when my roommate moved out, and was told I’d have to pay hundreds of dollars for a security deposit in order to get off FlexPay.

  • Ancient

    Very clunky and old. If you are using their flex pay services, they can disconnect your power with zero warning.
    Every time I want to make a payment(which I am forced to every couple days) it makes you re-enter your payment information. What kind of dinosaur app can’t remember my card info?
  • Pain to use

    App doesn’t remember payment information so I have to re enter it every time I pay a bill. Switching to any other app causes BRE app to completely reboot even when in the middle of entering information and I have to log in again and go back to the page I was on and re enter everything. Annoying to use. Refreshes way too much

  • Keeps logging me out

    I have to keep logging back in every few days which is really annoying, also I can’t save my card info to use for later. I have to put it in every time I want to add money to my account. Very poorly thought out.
  • Stopped working

    I really loved this app until suddenly it stopped working. Won’t let me log in any longer. Even reinstalling it doesn’t help. Disappointed because this was wonderful!
  • Handy App, especially for power outage monitoring

    Found the period on App number pad.
    So I’m changing rating to a 5 : )
