Access Denied
As someone that has experience with the app in a Worker’s Compensation case, with Zenith as the claim administrator, I can definitely say that Zenith controls access to the application.
From having no problems accessing the application to complete lockout ... all in the same day.
Using the applications forgot password (which is not the case) option brings no response from Zenith.
The application was however, very useful when access is granted, the ability to deny access is a testament to the company.Show lessAppointments feature needs work.
This app needs a way to address multiple claims. I had a claim over one year ago that the app worked fairly well with. Now, unfortunately I have had another accident and the app has no way of switching to a different claim. It only shows last years claim as Closed with no way of getting to my new claim. Tried logging out and back into the app. But it just shows the old claim only. Also, there is no direct link to App Support once you are past the log in screen. The support option shows on the log in screen, but after that, it is nonexistent. Please address these issues to make the app better.Show less
