  • A little upset... I save for the things I buy so I like to save them somewhere before I buy them...

    You don’t have a way to save your favorites so you can come back when your done considering should I buy this or not or make lists of what you would like to buy... I get that on a lot of other sites...

    I am happy with how quickly my order is processed and sent to me. I would recommend your company to all my family and friends. In fact I have done this already.

    The app allowed me to purchase an item and in fact when I completed the purchase from my iPad instead of my phone, I received texts asking me to confirm payment . I chatted on line with your representative who confirmed the item had been paid for. Then some 3 days although the message was my order was processing I received a text telling me the item was no longer available and I would be credited in 3 to 5 days.
    I feel the app should be properly linked to the stock availability which would avoid this happening and the disappointment caused by having an order cancelled.

    I don't find the App very User Friendly. I am not sure how to see if I am already checked in, not sure what the points are and how they are used and I don't understand where my parcel is in the system. Sorry. Maybe I am nor particularly computer literate but I so much want to use the App, make choices and know where my order is. Thankyou.

  • Ehh

    The clothing is ehhh, didn’t really get what I was expecting to. & the shipping was weird. I ordered two sweaters at the same time on the same day, & I got them separately 2 weeks apart. Not to mention, the first one came in 3 weeks after I ordered it, with the additional 2 weeks for the 2nd sweater. After emailing them I only received a discount for 20% off or something like that.

  • Great Quality

    Everything auve ordered has been exactly as pictured. Overseas shipping is reasonable, and takes a while as expected. The products are plenty, however, half of my recent order had to be refunded because I was notified days later of many items being out of stock. Kinda bummed but I’m happy they refunded instead of saying “I’ll send the items as they become available” and just keep my money.

  • Every order for me was exact size and real picture

    It is very nice when I order something I didn’t see in real only picture and I found it amazing it’s the same picture

    I’ve purchased 4 items now and all of them fit exactly as the site indicates and are excellent quality. There is a huge selection. Shipping takes a while but it’s worth the wait.
