Customer service
When I tried to reach out to customer service (which is only available via text), it was very frustrating because the input box doesn’t allow a whole sentence to fit. Most of the time, they don’t respond, and when they do, they are disrespectful and seem eager to dismiss your concerns. When I reported that I didn’t receive my delivery, they simply offered to send a replacement without providing an option for a refund. Moreover, when they sent me a notification about the replacement, they failed to include a tracking number.
