Best Retail App
ASOS is not only my fav + go-to online shop, but the App has just made the entire shopping experience so much easier and efficient and I just love it! It’s the best App out there, in my opinion, for online shopping. And the App just makes my experience shopping all the more enjoyable.
I also love the new feature, where you can create boards. So, for example; you can create a board for different outfits that you’ve styled to see how it might look together (an amazing feature if you have an event coming up, and you can create multiple boards with multiple outfits, accessories, shoes, beauty products etc.. or you can have a board for jackets now that we are entering into the Autumn/Fall 🍁+ eventually Winter ❄️season..)
The options are endless and its not only helpful and practical and keeps your shopping mind organised (when, for me, it’s usually completely scattered) and I end up with too much of 1 thing and forget the thing I actually have been needing desperately, but it’s also just SO much FUN 🤩🩵✨👌🏼 it’s become my new favourite thing when it comes to online shopping 👌🏼👏🏼 1000% recommend!Show lessAbs292

Delivery is rubbish now
Premier delivery used to mean next day. It’s still advertised that way but now every single time I place an order it takes AT LEAST four days to arrive - and Evri is terrible. I used to use asos as my go-to for quick orders last minute but now I only purchase if it’s cheaper than anywhere else and worth waiting for.
Also - the platform has become so over-saturated with product that it takes hours and hours of scrolling to find anything, and most of it is cheap and tacky, and then you still wont have viewed all products and usually find something better after you have ordered. If there was a more sophisticated algorithm which could serve you way more accurate recommendations based off your style, that would make it so much more enjoyable to find items.
The only thing that keeps me returning at this point is the sales and cheap prices.Show lessJakecornwall
