Kingdom 96 bucks every one who uses Facebook is locked out fix it..this is getting old.
Too buggy to play
There are so many bugs in this game that it’s hard to play. Customer support is absolutely the worst. The only response you will ever get is a canned one. If they manage to fix a bug it takes forever and often is poorly tested and introduces more bugs.
They cheat
Be careful playing , the system aloud cheating , they watch player cheat and then ban them for a few days so they come back and cheat more , they also favor the Chinese more with better packs and more gifts , they also aloud them to use bots without banning them , game is fun but they cheat constantly

There are a few bugs and time rewards are not valuable to the game play.
Poor copy of COK
It is a four year old version of COK without the updates. Support is not helpful.
Good game but...
My favourite game I’ve played on phone, however we need more updates! I’ve been comparing the original CoK, to the west and The original has a lot more updates etc... we’d love more frequent updates thanks 🙏🏼
Hackers
K92 amnath sending 8 march and each march 500k + troops. But developers won’t respond and saying we are checking. Please ban all hackers.
Terrible Support
They Always write the problem off on you. They do not try to assist you with your problem. They claim your ignorant and delete the conversation then you submit it again and it takes another 2 days for them to respond. I spent $3000+ dollars on this game. The other day I had someone say that they were upset with me and were going to report my castle. They decided to report it stolen. I was immediately banned from my castle. Ban time permanent suspected stolen. But they banned my account on a Friday night and won’t reply to me now until Monday after the weekend. Terrible game. They steal your money and have nothing to hold them accountable. I wasted a year and $3000 + on this game. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Fraud
They suspended my account indefinitely due to an error on their part! After being attacked I was given a lot of resources by my alliance. I woke up the next morning to having no account and it stated that it was due to cheating! So I was accused yet it was in their part and an error in ther game! They took my account and refuse to respond to my messages nor refund all the money I have spent on that one account! Their thieves
