The app is very poorly designed, either it does not connect or gives errors repeatedly to wait for few minutes or a day. Its a nightmare to use this app. 🙄

Such a bad company as today I purchased the monthly package twice and company has taken The payment from my account but they haven’t given me package. Never ever make a purchase online it’s not safe.

It says that I have 19000 mins remaining but when I make a call, it says I don’t have enough balance. The plan hasn’t timed out either. Garbage service, pick another plan in the future.

Poor Signal in charsadda Location, Lackluster Support
Despite living near a Zong tower in Charsadda Rajjar, my signal strength is consistently terrible. I've raised the issue with the franchise multiple times to no avail. I cannot recommend Zong's service in this location

Somehow I managed to get a package. Trying to use the app but it keeps crashing. First it loads a lot and then for a flick of second, the app automatically shuts down.
