Error while switching between 2 profiles
I have a profile for my mobile phone and one for my mobile data device. When I switch between them it throws error “too many requests received try later”.

I think this application isn’t professional tools because this suddenly crash when open application and I also expect a better .
Not getting activation code
I have been trying to activate my Zong app on my iOS device, it says that I have to enter 6 digit pin which I should have received through SMS which I have not received. I have tried multiple times but not receiving any SMS. Please fix this.
The missing search bar
I don’t know if it is happening with just me but I can’t see the search bar on this app, fix it whatever the issue is
First time user and never using it again
I got talked into getting Zong4g by the phone rep at a shop. I was to use it only for 2 weeks so anything with the internet…. There isn’t any internet since the second day of using the service. Tried calling the call centre and apparently I didn’t have enough credit to call their own customer services. What a shambles of a service. Absolute rubbish service. AVOID

For the internet speed i will just say that PTCL internet is far better than Zong.
