I used to use this app all the time but for some reason this year it hasn’t worked at all. App crashes every time i try to checkout
Late by one hour
The delivery was 2 hours after we ordered. The 45 minute wait was expected but an extra 1 hour and 15 minutes on top is ridiculous.

Can’t track food nor how long it will take. This is unacceptable in today’s world. I don’t care how long it takes, as long as there’s some mention of timing.
No customer service and drivers steal food
Drivers routinely keep food or deliver 2+ hrs after ETA. One of the worst ways to spend your money. There are also $4+ dollar delivery fees for restaurants 1 mi away.
Rude and takes forever
I tried this app for the first time and I was given no updates on my order, I also didn’t even get a number to call from. When I did get a call, the guy gave no sympathy to the fact that I have been waiting 2 hours for my food with no updates. Don’t expect for your food to arrive on time or to get a good service. Just order with Uber or DoorDash. Or make the walk to WU/marketplace. Don’t waste your time with this app that could’ve been made by an 8th grader.

Doesn’t work at all
Doesn’t let me place my order at all. I deleted the app and redownloaded it but nooo 🥲 I’m really sad and I don’t know if it’s just my phone
