Misleading Order Info
Servers routinely shut down for restaurants and causes delays in orders. On top of that, the app gives you a ridiculously incorrect wait time that does not account for the shortage of drivers on the app.
I placed one order and the wait time was “45 minutes.” After not being contacted for over an hour I called the restaurant and found that only one driver was working that night and I didn’t get my food for 2 hours after ordering.
Horrible experience, don’t use this app! Clearly it would make the drivers lives a lot easier if you didn’t.

Horrible!
The app was horrible! Not only did they not bring us our food, they charged us like 3 times. They also let us order from restaurants that aren’t even open. Rigged. Caroline called like 50 times and it they never answered. I really want my dumplings!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bro??

Found out about this app yesterday. This whole day, me and my girlfriend have been daydreaming about using this app to order dinner from SushiLove with FOODPOINTS. Yet, here we are at dinner time, sushi-less. When we tried to make an account, it gave us an error. We tried dozens of times on different devices but no luck. Normally, I don’t leave bad reviews, but I was really looking forward to this. The biggest buzzkill.

A Seriously Great App
The GoBringIt app does a fantastic job at connecting Duke students with local restaurants. It’s incredibly convenient and a seriously innovative approach to food points and I could not recommend the app more.
Unbelievable Experience.
This app has absolutely revolutionized the way that I order food. Before GoBringIt, I would have to walk to get food, at some times even having to go across campus. It was truly taking a toll on my body. Since then, I have been able to comfortably stay in the comforts of my home and eat my body weight in pad Thai. Thank you, GoBringIt this is an absolutely unparalleled new era millennial way of living. I specifically cannot thank the creator, Alexander, for being the vision behind it.
