I just downloaded this app and it won’t open. I have deleted and redownload 3 different times and it still won’t open.unhappy 658

I have enjoyed using the app. It’s been a great way to easily keep a journal of all my doings with my horses. However!!!!!....I inserted a photo to one of my journal entries and now the app is frozen for that horse. I can still work in the other horse’s journal, but not the one I put the picture in. Please fix this! I have tried going online to delete the photo but I cannot do that either. The web version and the app are very different.Show lessThebert03

it was a great idea, so excited to use.. then i get on and wont stop kicking me out of the app. have tried 100s of times for 2 days, shut down my phone, deleted and re downloaded. nothing works, not worth all the effort:(Lorin carli

I can’t figure out how to do anything more than use the diary for my horse. I did the one week trial, or I thought I did, but nothing changed. I can’t delete or leave stables, I can’t invite people, I can’t share what I’m doing with others in the barn. It’s an okay app, but it’s been frustrating to use since you market all this great stuff that I can’t use.Show lesshilda274

Very sorry to hear this. You should indeed be able to invite people to the barn or a specific horse, just press the Invite in the top right corner and share the link to anyone! Everything that is written is inside in the app, please contact us at contact@horsecare.app and we will show you or reimburse you outside iTunesApp view
The ideia of having this app is great. But I think they need to improve it! for some reason the app keep closing on my phone whenever I open or try to submit a picture.
I also think that the horses should have an option of uploading a picture and making a profile of each of them.Dinoir

Hey, you don't seem to have the latest version. Horse profile picture has always worked, just press on your horse profile and edit. Thanks!Great idea!
This is a great new app for people who want to keep track of their horses and stables. Although there are a few glitches here and there, it is normal for a new app.immii13

I accidentally added an activity to my horses calendar. It wouldn’t let me delete it. I don’t know if it was me or not, but I couldn’t see anywhere where it gives me the option to delete an activity.MGK eventing
What I think should happen
I feel that you should be able to change your profile picture and have more horse facts!!!!Dakota2Taylor
