No way to resolve if you forget your token Password
The lack of password changing options on the first screen is very frustrating. If you forget your token login details, there’s no hassle free way to resolve

This bank will frustrate your life. They don’t care about you at all. They will force you to download their app which doesn’t work at all
Waste of storage
I honestly do not know why this people don’t take the customers seriously. No matter how many time you complain, you’ll be even lucky to get a response talk more of your issues being resolved. This app is useless as long as I’m concerned. It will say token copied to clipboard but will never paste the token and always leaving you in distress. I’m don with the bank, it’s already affecting my mental health:😡😡😡

I downloaded the token app for over 3 days now and everyday I’ve been trying to login or register but until now still all I get is try again

It’s getting 1 because I couldn’t figure out how to rate it 0.5. And that is me being really generous. Nigeria is a place where customers are not taken seriously, it shows in the services being delivered by firms.
