No customer service

Unable to access site , buffing, and not able to access customer service to find out what is wrong with site.

Sounds like you have a wifi/cell service connectivity problem. The support link is clearly marked "support" on the bottom of the app screen. Though mostly a thing of the past, some school's wifi block external sites for students, so you can connect with cell service or from home.

The wave of the future

First of all, I love the founders’ story. They created this product from real life experience and feedback from their kids. It’s amazing what they’ve done to re-invent not only yearbooks but also how kids can safely stay connected to their classmates once the school year ends (and don’t even get me started on Zoom school!!).

The FC yearbook is for kids, especially now in these uncertain times. It’s the wave of the future, perfect for your budding tech geniuses! :)

I wouldn’t recommend it.

You can only send one message per person and after ten videos you have to pay

Hi, Just like a real, print yearbook you can write a message in your classmates' yearbook, but it's not a chat app! Just sign their yearbook with a personal, private message! We don't charge for more than 10 videos.

Cant create an account!

When it says fail, the reason section says no reason....

Hi chri515! As a security measure to gain access you need an access ID from your school. The FC Yearbook is only available to people pictured in the yearbook. If you think you should have access, send a message from the support link in the app and we'll get you set up.

This app is great

This app works well you do have try it out a couple times for it to work though

Thanks wjb goated! Yes our servers were slammed beyond anything we anticipated this year! We're increasing capacity and thanks for being patient on downloading your yearbook.

I teach

Would like to have a teacher edition so that I can view the book and not have it where it considers me to be a child and I am able to block access to my account.

Hi Daniiw10! Sorry you had this issue, but we've fixed it for 2019! Make sure you have the newest version installed. The new version lets you to register as an adult and just like a printed yearbook, student or adult, no one can write in your yearbook without your permission.
