Cannot log on
I messaged technical support about an issue accessing my account on the app probably 2 years ago now and after they attempted to resolve it they said it would be escalated. I’ve emailed asking for an update probably every week initially but spreading out to every few weeks since. After a while they stopped responding to my inquiries on what the issue was and when it would be fixed. I would have at least preferred at “due to xyz reason we cannot resolve this issue” response but it looks like that’s not happening. Unfortunately they still get money from me as otherwise navigating on the laptop is still more convenient than my local comic book store.
