Buggy

I’ve only had the app for less than a day and it’s already crashed to the Home Screen. Creative’s hardware products are incredible. But this app hasn’t been updated in three years and is all but abandonware.

Looks good, doesn’t work.

The app looks like it could be great but it doesn’t connect to my speaker so it’s pointless.

I needed this app to be a smarter remote control for my speaker as I have gradually moved away form other OS required to setup the sound bar and EQ it.
The app is very roughy, connecting initially is confusing and interface is confusing. But it still does the job I set out to do (I don’t play music from my phone on the speaker), use it as a remote control.

Will NOT connect

Very frustrated with how awful this app is, phone can connect fine yet the app never connects just an absolutely pointless application that does nothing

Never loads. Keeps crashing.

I’ve used Soundblaster products for over a decade and this app is the worst thing they’ve ever done. The hardware works fine but this thing won’t even load. What a disappointment.

loses connection continuously

the speaker itself is amazing (iroar go) but this app makes some of the most desirable features null points.
The app continuously loses connection with the speaker despite still having a bluetooth connection

Terrible

Doesn’t recognise my loudspeaker (Creative Muvo 2C) so none of the functions in the app work. Great shame, as I only bought the speaker to use with the micro SD card and operate it via the app.
