Leave a Review SalesPro, formerly Leap
Leap
After days of phone calls, I decided to give this thing a shot. I have a super successful concrete construction company in Tennessee.
When I signed up, I signed up for the regular account. And we were off.
Within about 3-4 days, Teak called and suggested we did an uploading process. I have this company a ton of industry data via MY INPUT PROCESS.
They had to teach me (and will expect you) to upload all your own data and basically build your own program.
The customer service is top notch, but the owner is a complete selfish jerk.
After about 3 months we still didn’t have my account working properly. I decided to cancel this and was told rather rudely that I signed up for it and I would be charged the remainder of the 12 months.
Although nothing is usable.
It’s a waste of your money. A waste of your time.Show lessEasy to use
I like Leap because it has become invaluable and easy to use for our company.Lacking?
Do we blame Leap or the company who forces its employees to use it? The struggle is baffling. You’d think an app would be able to function like R-Suite given its clientele and processes.Communication and Payments
Would not purchase again. Poor attitude from employees. Even if you cancel your membership the next day, you have to pay for the full year (over $1,000) or pay $100 a month for the year.Good for in home sales, but terrible backend.
The in home sales side of this app is adequate. However you’re in for a terrible experience on the backend.
The backend experience is cumbersome to navigate and difficult to understand. Updating this system is the bane of my existence.
To make matters worse, the developer will push breaking changes regularly.
Recommended if you have a tech savvy sales force and an IT team dedicated to the product. Otherwise keep looking for a better solution.Show lessBig promises, HUGE disappointment
Oh my god. I’ve been using leap for a year and I can tell you it’s created more headaches than it solves. It seems to be getting worse with time.
I will jump ship as soon as someone comes out with an alternative. I’ve only stuck with it because we’ve already dumped hundreds of hours into it.
Customer service polite is nice but useless and unwilling to actually help.
They’re more focused on growth than quality.Show lessVery confusing
It does what it is intended to do, but it’s very hard to navigate. It is hard to explain to associates how to use it. Don’t like this app at all.Easy Street
Leap has truly changed our business. Many of our sales people now say they are living on easy street. Previously our sales people carried large binders in order to price jobs and hold their contracts. Now they carry their iPad. And an Apple Pencil. Truly living on easy street.Leap is not user friendly
It’s ask’s for too much info that’s not pertinent before getting to the important info of the price. Too cumbersome and is not user friendlyTerrible
The new update is terrible. They took a good system and ruined it.
