No way to get infinite lives.
I remember on the other don't starve games there was always some sort of option to make it so you could come back to life without having to start a new game, but not on shipwrecked. There is nothing more frustrating than when you take a long time to build your base, and a sea monster jumped onto land, and you try to get away but there are too many trees around you and you accidentally click on the trees instead and just get brutally murdered, then to add insult to injury lose the entire file you spent so long trying to work on and have to start all over from scratch. It absolutely killed the game for me, and it is a real shame too because it is otherwise a really beautiful game.
