The website needs updates
I love this concept, the designers are great and It’s exactly what I was looking for but the website simply doesn’t work, every single time I go on the website I can’t see my project I have to send an email to get the direct link and sometimes works and other doesn’t.
Because I loved to work with the designer I found I purchased 3 more rooms, received the confirmation for all 3 but I can only see 2 on my page and when I go to select the designer for my project that I’ve already purchased is asking me to purchase a project again!!!
I’m so frustrated with this situation, definitely not using the platform to purchase furniture, if I can’t find my projects on my page at anytime I don’t want to imagine dealing with thousands of dollars worth of furniture.
