Im still waiting for a match-3 game as good as this even after all these years since this games release.
I keep finding myself downloading this game when i want some match3 gameplay coz it has the perfect balance of challenge / casual.
All this game really needs now are social features such as guilds and this hame game will be completely revived.

Incredibly addictive
But addictive for the right reasons. It’s just such a great balance of match gameplay and enough RPG elements to make it suitable either for short bursts or extended “one more go” sessions.
Visually it’s beautiful and the attention to detail is stunning. It’s addictive and so far seems structured so that you don’t have to spend money unless you want to (I will be at least once because I’m happy to pay for well developed games!).

Stuck unless I pay
Fun game but at some points it’ll feel impossible to move forward. As a casual player who usually plays on the bus or train it feels impossible to move forward when the limited amount of stamina I’m given needs to be put towards farming old levels for resources so I can upgrade characters. At higher levels this process takes hours to days to weeks to get enough resources to upgrade characters. Spending all my stamina on getting resources means I have none left to actually play levels and if I do chose to play levels it’s just trying to beat the same level over and over again because I don’t want to spend a week trying to upgrade a hero. I enjoy the game and having been playing for years now but at this point no amount of skill will help me pass the level if I get one shot in one turn because I didn’t farm for a month to upgrade my team.Show lessjdjsjdnfh

game is so good to just play everynow and again, and nice to look at the excellent pixelated locations and avatars. only thing that could be improved is adding something to the hero level up section to know what hero’s are in your team, just allowing you to know who to prioritise when you’ve got allot of hero’s to go through. other than that literally a perfect iOS game :)Show lessschmooliver
