Broken in iOS15
Edit: Lowering my rating. iOS15 happened to be broken due to an UX decision to use a sticky cookie to determine when users saw a Terms of Service update that blocked the rest of the screen. It took Healow over a month to respond. This app is still clunky at best. Both Healow and eClinicalWeb operate off the same backend and constantly break each others' authentication. While no security issues stand out, both wind up forcing users to reset their passwords unexpectedly after using the opposite. It seems to be less frequent as of recently, but it still happens.
We're on iOS17 and it hasnt really improved. Since my original review this app finally supports switching between patient profiles, but each requires a UNIQUE pin, even if they're associated with the same provider. This is infuriating for parents trying to keep track of two or more kids.
