Hi! Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry you had a negative experience with your booking. We appreciate you working with us to resolve this problem, and we hope the explanation provided by our Customer Care Team was satisfactory. In the rates listed on our website only the basic insurance is included. All our Australian suppliers have this included, however, if any damage is caused to the rental car while it is in your possession, you can be charged an excess amount. Any excess reduction products sold by car rental companies directly are payable only at the counter. It is the same with all of the other extras like GPS, child seats or premium location charges and some taxes. This is always listed down in the price breakdown and in supplier’s T&C. Once again, I’m sorry to hear this wasn’t clear enough. I will make sure your feedback is passed to our management. Regards, Julia.
