No longer do you have to work out that 168 hours is actually 7 days! • manage your funds more easily on bookings longer than 60 days with payments due monthly rather than all upfront • lengthened the initial connection time to the car to get you in first click • more easily change your booking times by starting with your current booking times • transition between offline and online more easily when you are in and out of network and Wi-Fi connectivity

  • Mysterious, but why???

    I completed my application last week, but I couldn’t see any pricing. Apparently, you need to have a registered credit card for it. I tried to add one over the weekend, but the fraud detection system of my credit card provider didn’t let me register it. So, I called them and manually registered the card on the account. I was told by Brendan that it would take 24 hours for the account to be activated. I waited until Tuesday, and when I opened the app, it said that my application had been declined.

    I called to ask why, as I’ve never had anything like this declined before. However, I was told that they couldn’t disclose the reason for the decline. I expressed my frustration, saying that this was a bit ridiculous and that I wanted to know the reason since I’ve never had anything declined before. She told me they don’t have to disclose it (but why???). I then asked if they could delete all my information, which she said she would do.

    In my opinion, this all sounds very dodgy. If they think they don’t need to discuss things, watch out!

  • Easy, Convenient and good value

    I used a KINTO vehicle on holidays in Broome. As a former GoGet user, this kind of hire was not new to me, but KINTO is a little different in that you don’t have a swipe card or back up key and it’s all on the phone app. The app worked exactly as expected with no glitches, it’s just a little disconcerting not having a backup!!
    The Toyota we had was brand new, and a 5min walk from Broome airport to collect. It was much cheaper than a hire car for the 6 days we hired for and super-easy. Whilst the app was a bit tricky to use in finding a car to hire (tho I think this has since improved), everything else worked like clockwork. Just make sure you keep your phone charged!!! And yes it does work fine when there is no phone reception and we had no issues connecting to the car still

  • Not bad

    App is not perfect and had trouble locking the car. Car was not well prepared (large box left in the boot) Need to improve the app and the car presentation. Booked another car and the aircon was terrible and the app sluggish to lock and unlock the car. Not great
