Mysterious, but why???
I called to ask why, as I’ve never had anything like this declined before. However, I was told that they couldn’t disclose the reason for the decline. I expressed my frustration, saying that this was a bit ridiculous and that I wanted to know the reason since I’ve never had anything declined before. She told me they don’t have to disclose it (but why???). I then asked if they could delete all my information, which she said she would do.
In my opinion, this all sounds very dodgy. If they think they don’t need to discuss things, watch out!
