Was on it yesterday checking my latest statement and discovered that I had been charged for a trip in Brisbane plus they added a video matching fee, spoke to them about it and after they checked the “so called video” told me that it was definitely not my car nor was it even my number plate, the fact that I live in Melbourne and not in Brisbane was neither here nor there for the obvious offshore worker who had no idea about Australia’s layout.
Back in there today to see it they have refunded me for their blatant cash grab, and it’s set out different to yesterday, making it harder to pickup on obvious issues.

Payment method is so unsafe. Only option is to provide credit card details. They even offer the worst method by scanning your card details. They are just begging for a data hack. And the app is so confusing sending you off to safari for payments, again not very safe transferring customers i and out of apps with logins to browsers. There is zero care for customer safety of protection of their privacy and financial records. On top of that the new tags are faulty only beeping every second transaction which means i am having to consistently type in my credit card details into this unsafe app. I really hope the government can legislate privacy and security privatised organisations soon.Show lessNo
