Was on it yesterday checking my latest statement and discovered that I had been charged for a trip in Brisbane plus they added a video matching fee, spoke to them about it and after they checked the “so called video” told me that it was definitely not my car nor was it even my number plate, the fact that I live in Melbourne and not in Brisbane was neither here nor there for the obvious offshore worker who had no idea about Australia’s layout.
Back in there today to see it they have refunded me for their blatant cash grab, and it’s set out different to yesterday, making it harder to pickup on obvious issues.

Payment method is so unsafe. Only option is to provide credit card details. They even offer the worst method by scanning your card details. They are just begging for a data hack. And the app is so confusing sending you off to safari for payments, again not very safe transferring customers i and out of apps with logins to browsers. There is zero care for customer safety of protection of their privacy and financial records. On top of that the new tags are faulty only beeping every second transaction which means i am having to consistently type in my credit card details into this unsafe app. I really hope the government can legislate privacy and security privatised organisations soon.Show lessCrittleRoss

I’m very happy with the service I receive from your organisation. I am very concerned about the number of attempted scam messages that I receive warning me that my account is overdue and that I will be unable to use it. You need to do more to ensure the safety of your customer’s accounts and to prevent frauds being perpetrated in your name . It does not do any good to your reputation. Impracticable
I’m an Aussie living in London but rented a car through Avis whilst visiting family in Sydney but I wanted to pay the tolls myself using the car registration but doesn’t seem possible so now being charged $3 per toll use. Absolutely a monopoly!!Natty in London
Difficult to make payments
It is extremely difficult to process past travel when using someone else car. I was away and now want to pay for the toll and after two phone calls and trying everything on the app I am unable to process the payment
Added the vehicle temporarily to my account with an end date, can see it on the app, but doesn’t appear on my account when I login on a browser and isn’t visible when I called to check with the support people
Seems like it been done on purpose so that I am then charged an extra $15 fees. I should just be able to select the vehicle, travel dates and just pay, why make it so difficultShow lessRahul F

Difficult to navigate
Difficult to navigate as can’t always click on things to drill down as you might expect. Also, we bought a car that had trips owing from the previous owner, it is unclear how to state this. Dates display without year, as we only occasionally use tolls, it would be useful.Dontliketollsonroads
The way to go.
We all hate it to pay for something that should Be part of our road rego,but to not use the toll system when traveling a distance is to add significant hours and fatigue to the journey. For example a trip from the central coast of NSW to ,say Canberra or anywhere South to use the ring road 7 network you would have to negotiate over 90 traffic lights and stops just to traverse the city from north to south whereas via the Northconnex and M7 zero lights etc. a saving of at least 1hour and less stress.
