Bus in the sky with zero customer support
Bonza customer service chat says it is open from 6am AEST. This is not the case. It is never open and running at that time. Long queues means you never catch someone live, so then goes to an email enquiry- the delay is infuriating, as then you get no response and need to start the process over again, which of course, is the same- long queue, no live service operator available.
So all I can say now is that Bonza is merely a bus in the sky. Don’t try to ever change or seek help outside of buying a ticket, as it doesn’t exist!!!
