Useless App
The last two trips I have tried to check in using the app to no avail. I tried on the website, same problem. I’ve then left it a few hours, the app still didn’t work, but I was able to check in using the website. When attempting to open the boarding passes to add them to my phone’s wallet, I kept getting an error on the app saying unable to load boarding passes, try again. These issues happen all too often with this garbage app. I am a frequent flyer that usually doesn’t have issues with any tech, but this is a source of frustration. I don’t want to have to check in and get my boarding passes from the service desk. It defeats the purpose of a fast, efficient check in.
