Works well for what it is.
Works well and opens the gates at my workplace quickly and efficiently. Not convinced a phone app is a good solution though - it's a nightmare to use if you're on a motorcycle with your phone out of sight, and i often stress about my phone running out of battery and being locked in after a long day at work.Show lessmikepickard
Stupid app
Such a head ache.. not a fan, wish my apartments didn’t switch to this for the gates.. You can tell this is not a American made app, why is it a night mare to set up..no thank youErika00024
Allow on multiple devices!
Could this be coded to use on multiple devices? My phone often dies and I bring an extra phone with me.

Inconsistent App
My apartment building uses this app to enter the premises and the app is very inconsistent. Many times the app malfunctioned and I’m forced to have to wait until someone leaves for the gates to open. Very inconvenient!Netgears
Used to work, but now it fails every time.
It used to work fine. But now I can even get the app to work, and therefore I can’t get gate access to or from my parking lot. Even after deleting from all my devices and then downloading it just to my personal iPhone X, after entering my phone number it always says “User phone internet connectivity issue” and fails. Does not work
I just moved into an apartment that needs this app to open the garage.
Every time I try to enter my phone number to sign up it says user connectivity issue whether I am using WiFi or not but my phone has a great signal. So I can not get in the garage.AshleyDrake
Guest Mode/Shared Access Link
Getting into an apartment complex without the host currently home makes it almost impossible to have a guest over, receive deliveries and request ride shares. I’d like to suggest a guest/one-time request link, specific to individual host account to allow guests and other outside patrons a much easier and smoother entry into a complex.Show lessPolyDeJohnny

Our apartment only has this to work the gate, so when the app fails, we are locked out for hours, UNLESS we have somebody on the inside to drive by the sensor and open it. I feel like this is the only way in which leads to problems.Jsinsiebzjxhf
