Hopeless. Constantly have to ring security to let me in because it’s not picking up the signal. I know I’m not the only one - I see cars lined up at the gate several times a week. Why have an app when just having a clicker that you can leave on your key ring works fine? It’s a “solution” looking for a problem. If you forget your phone you can’t get in. This is installed at my kid’s childcare centre and forcing people to fiddle with their phones in a place where little kids are running around is just downright dangerous. Hi, Thank you for contacting us. PalGate uses Bluetooth to find and communicate with PalGate Bluetooth Devices. If you don't have Bluetooth based gates you can disable it and the app will still work (besides Bluetooth of course). Fair App but needs a CarPlay interface
