Disappointed
I've spent all day trying to create my 1st book. It gets stuck at 11 pages & nothing happens. I'm very disappointed. I deleted the app & reinstalled 2x. I give up.loriandtom
Not creating any new books
It will not create my books! I have ordered of fb 2009-2013 off Facebook. Then this week I went to continue my years And the app will not download any of my Facebook material?? I love these books for family memories and would love to continue to order them.

It won't download my Facebook I'm guessing. It keeps saying my book is too small. I've done one year, to 3 years and it will only do 8 pages.Show lessSkburnam
Glitchy app resulted in no purchases
This app needs to be fixed. You can spend an hour editing your book, and get to your cart and lose everything.Chicksrock2
Not as advertised
Awful app! Nowhere to add promo codes although the line appears at checkout. Features advertised do not exist, such as 24/7 live chat... I've scoured the entire app and can't find this at all. Editing tools are clunky and slow and there appears to be no support whatsoever at the weekend!~Nico82~
Stuck at 99% then resets
Just doing from January to December and it'll get all the pages plus total but freezes up at the preview, if I leave the page to edit the cover while I wait it resets to 0 pages and then just a loading symbol repeats. Have to restart the app to try again or I have to shorten the months. Not so much fun.Show lessKariANN:)

Let me start a book but now crashes on loading
I spent half an hour getting a book out together on this, and now the app crashes on loading on my iPhone every single time. I installed the app on my iPad and it does the same thing there.Dietcokette
Disappointed
I created a social book last year in mere minutes. This year, the app wouldn't save my changes, and when I went to check out I couldn't select a state, and it didn't save the book I just made. You took a perfect process from last year and made it buggy and flawed.Reno Moms Blog
Problem
I love the concept but, am having a problem with being able to select the dates that I want to be included in the book. When I put on the beginning date that I have selected the App defaults to December 31, 3014.Wishinineverupdated
Needs tweaking
It's a great concept but.....
the coupon code I bought on groupon wouldn't work without help from contacting them 2 different times. Then they made a mistake on my book cover.....And There is no way to access your order history through mobile devices.Rob2716
