Beautiful app for Woman
It’s a great app for women to be shown the correct way these exercises and movements should be done. It helps me feel more comfortable and confident to work out because I’m less worried about the form since I know what it should look like.Goddess_Freyja

IT’S A TRAP
WARNING: IT ISN’T 4 STARS BC I LIKE IT
I got this app bc it was the one of the few free exercise apps but before I could even do anything like watch a vid I had to give them a 3 stars or more. I haven’t even been able to do anything other than give a rating bc this app keeps glitching!
I am overall not happy with this app I am most likely just going to try out another app like fit on.Show lessmiraculisFAN

This app doesn’t work and it also asks for a review before you can start to view any videos. Then the videos don’t open. Don’t bother !Ottumnite
This really helps
I was looking for apps for a wile that fit what I wanted but none of them seemed to work. They either only offered a handful of workouts or need a subscription to access them. This app was totally different. It offered easy step by step tutorials on what would be best for my body with no added cost.
